🚀 Plan & operate startup acceleration programs
📈 Design & execute growth-driven educational programs
🔄 Enhance programs by integrating startup ecosystem trends
🤝 Build & manage networks with investors & business partners
💰 Identify promising startups & develop investment strategies

📌 Who We Are Looking For

✅ 3–10 years of relevant experience 🎓
✅ Passionate about working with people and driving business growth
✅ Strong planning & documentation skills ✍️
✅ Thrives in collaboration and values growth through feedback 💡
✅ Familiar with startup culture & interested in global business 🌍

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

💊 Background in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
🗣 Fluent in business-level English
🛠 Experience in new service planning or entrepreneurship
💡 Direct experience contributing to startup growth
